Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Note about Hats & Belts: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hats (unless defective) or belts that show signs of wear. All other accessories are returnable if conditions above are met.

How to Return an Item

Follow these steps smoother than a line dance:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your return/exchange request
  2. Get Approval: We’ll send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days
  3. Pack It Up: Securely package your return with the original packaging
  4. Ship It Back: Send your return to our address below using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service – we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? No problem!

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly state what you’d like to exchange for in your email
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
  4. You’ll be responsible for any price differences
